Terms of Service

1. Overview

Nexthify ("we", "us", "the Service") operates an online platform that resells social-media marketing services sourced from third-party providers. By creating an account or placing an order you ("the Customer") agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password and API token confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activity, to target accounts you do not own or control without permission, to submit content that violates the rules of the destination platform (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), or to abuse, overload, or attempt to breach our systems.

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through third-party providers. Delivery times, speeds, and "refill" terms shown on each service are estimates provided by those providers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for actions taken by the destination social-media platforms (including removal of delivered engagement).

5. Payments & Wallet Credits

Funds added to your account balance are stored as account credit usable only within the Service. Credits and bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Service. Prices are shown per service and may change as provider costs change.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, and may withhold or reverse credits obtained through such behavior.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
