Refund Policy

1. Wallet Credits
Funds added to your Nexthify balance are credited as account funds for use within the Service. Order charges are deducted from this balance.
2. When You Get a Refund (to wallet)
The amount charged for an order is refunded to your account balance when: the order fails to start, is cancelled by the provider, or cannot be delivered. Such refunds are issued automatically or upon review.
3. Partial Delivery
If an order is partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded to your balance on a pro-rata basis. Completed portions are non-refundable.
4. No Refund After Completion
Once an order is marked completed, it is non-refundable. Drops in delivered engagement caused by the destination platform after completion are not eligible for refund unless the service explicitly includes a "refill" guarantee, in which case the refill terms shown on that service apply.
5. Incorrect Orders
Orders placed with an incorrect link, wrong service, or invalid target cannot be refunded once submitted to the provider. Please review your order details before confirming.
6. Processing & Withdrawals
Refunds are returned to your account balance, typically within minutes to a few business days depending on review. Account balance is intended for use within the Service.
